Project Manager and Contract Administrator on a new facility in the heart of the school, providing covered linkage at three levels which join three buildings together.
Extended Dining on the ground floor around a new landscaped Courtyard with two floors of Library above; the creation of a new staircase and glazed link with access to another landscaped Biology Garden
Approximate construction value £4 m.
Commence construction July 2022 with completion in October 2023
North London Collegiate School, Edgware
Securing a new masterplan through the development of a hybrid planning application comprising three phases of work over a number of years.
Project Manager and Employers Agent for the first phase comprising:
Phase 1- Admin and an IDEAS Hub -Innovation, Design, Engineering, Art and Science - which will underpin the shift in educational focus to deliver greater integration and coherence in the STEAM fields.
Phase 2- Tractor Barn and Admin Block
Approximate construction value £10 m.
Commence construction January 2022 with completion in October 2023
North London Collegiate School- Junior School
Project Manager on the design and delivery of Courtyard infill to create new ICT Suite and Library.
Approximate construction value £1m. Delivered January 2021
St Paul's School, Barnes, London- GTB Phase 1 and 2
Project Manager and Contract Administrator on the delivery of a new general teaching block (GTB). This was delivered in two separate contracts using a traditional contract with a combined contract sum of circa £45m.
Phase 1 was handed over in October 2017 and Phase 2 completed in February 2020.
St Paul's School, Barnes- Staff Housing
Project Manager on the design (to RIBA Stage 3) and securing of planning approval of staff housing.
The project comprises 8 x 1-bed teachers flats and 4 x 3-bed graduate flats
St Paul's School, Barnes, London- School Masterplan
Managing the new Masterplan for the school and its revised S73 planning application with the appointed consultants. Agreeing a development programme and establishing the new budget.
The revised planning application was submitted in January 2018 and received approval in May of that year.
St Paul's Girls School, Hammersmith
Assisting the school on their ambitious development proposals and upgrade of their existing school.
Review current design proposals against the changing needs of the school and how best to deliver capital spend on constrained site whilst integrating backlog maintenance.
