About Metis Projects
Metis Projects was founded by Paul Clark in 2017 after clients and consultants were seeking a personal service that could adapt to their unique requirements.
The focus has always been on the delivery of positive outcomes for clients. Metis wanted to blend experience with a professional, personal and human approach. Metis Projects was therefore born and represents Paul's style and personal values.
Metis is a Greek goddess and one of the many wife's of Zeus who's daughter was Athena. Metis was renowned for her knowledge and wisdom. We aspire to this.
About Paul
With 30 years of experience in the construction industry in a range of roles, Paul set up Metis Projects after a long career with EC Harris/ Arcadis where he led teams on the delivery of a variety of projects.
Paul is versatile and focuses on working with clients to achieve the right outcomes for them. His career has brought experience across a variety of services lines. In additional to project management he has experience in commercial, project controls and procurement as well as funder due diligence and monitoring.
Sector experience includes residential, office, retail, aviation, leisure and education. He has worked on some landmark projects including Arsenal Football Club redevelopment, Terminal 5 Heathrow Airport and the redevelopment of Royal Ascot Racecourse. Paul has also acted as Project Director on major new build, refurbishment and masterplanning projects with values ranging from £500k to more than £100m.
